Coach Josh & The Team (The Story Behind) makes training, fitness and motivational content and sells downloadable training and nutrition plans. Coach Josh and the team are AI characters; the plans and videos are written and produced by our team. This page explains, in plain words, what happens with your details and how purchases and refunds work.
Your details
- Contact and collaboration forms: when you send us a message we receive your name, email, company (if you add one) and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
- We never sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
- Want your message deleted? Email us and we'll remove it.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. A few features, such as the sound button and the daily streak tracker, remember your choice in your own browser. That information stays on your device.
Purchases
All plans are sold and delivered through Whop. Whop processes the payment and the download, and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
Refunds
Our plans are digital downloads, delivered instantly. Refund requests are handled through Whop under Whop's refund terms. If something is wrong with your purchase (a file that won't open, the wrong product, or a double charge), email us and we'll help sort it out.
Health
Our plans and videos are general fitness education, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have an injury or health condition, and stop any exercise that causes pain.
