Coach Ryan · 6-week abs & core plan
Iron
Core.
Train the core like a muscle.
Hundreds of sit-ups won’t give you abs. Iron Core trains your core the way it actually works, in three short sessions a week that slot in after your normal training.

A look inside

Before you start.
What equipment do I need?
A mat, a pull-up bar and a light dumbbell or plate, plus a cable or resistance band for the Pallof press.
How long are the sessions?
About 15–20 minutes, three times a week. Do them after your normal training or on their own.
Will this give me a six-pack?
It builds a stronger, harder-working core. Visible abs also depend on body fat, which is why it pairs well with The Lean Plate Blueprint.
Is this a personalised plan?
No. It is a general training plan. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise programme, and stop any exercise that causes pain.
